Recently you received an email from Record Store Day that was, unfortunately, sent in error by a member of our production team. 

A small group of stores which for various reasons do not fit the criteria to participate were sent the RSD Welcome Email, including yours.  We will not be able to list your store or include you in Record Store Day events at this time. Your listing has been removed and you won't be receiving further Record Store Day store emails. 

The criteria for participation in Record Store Day is not something we implemented or take lightly, and we spend time with each submission to determine if it meets that criteria.  We know that in itself may be confusing, disappointing and frustrating, and this email situation, though accidental, doesn't help. We are a small team, and though we have specific procedures in place, human error does occur and we sincerely, sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration.
