shortlist of finalists in each category, and you may choose one per category.

HOW TO VOTE

1. Check the box next to your choice in each category.  You can vote for all categories, or as many as you wish. But you can only vote once in each category.

2.  In the box at the bottom, write in your STORE NAME AND CITY. (We won’t be able to count your vote if this is not filled out.)
