INCH is a collection of all the 7" singles The Jesus Lizard released on Touch and Go, lovingly remastered by Bob Weston and enclosed in a foldable clear plastic package, suitable for both compact storage and bedroom wall display. Adding to the allure is the fact that each 7" has been out of print for over six years, so finding any one single (let alone all of them) at a store has been near impossible. Also included here is a 7" of "Puss", the Jesus Lizard's side from the long-gone split with Nirvana. Still not enough? INCH also contains the "Gladiator" single, originally given away exclusively at a Jesus Lizard Brixton Academy show in London back in 1992 and nowhere else.

Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (Rhino)

Walk Among Us, The Misfits legendary debut album, isn't so much a musical milestone as it is an american music culture milestone. A mixture of 50's sci fi and horror imagery, Elvis, rockabilly and somehow more over the top then most punk rock groups of the day and still fun, funny, creepy and brilliant. A wonderfully crude 13 songs churned out in just 25 minutes and 25 years later still a classic. Pressed on 140 gram vinyl.

Slayer - Psychopathy Red 7" (Sony)

The first new music since 2006's ferocious Christ Illusion, "Psychopathy Red" is a blast of proper thrash metal by the band that invented it. The track is inspired by the truly heinous Russian serial murderer, Andrei Chikatilo, and if this is any indication of where Slayer's heading with their new album (Summer 2009) then, once again, no one is safe.

Sublime - Superstar Punani / April 29, 1992 (Leary) (Geffen/Gasoline Alley/Skunk Records)

One of the greatest tragedies of recent musical history was Sublime singer-songwriter-guitarist’s Bradley Nowell’s untimely death, compounded by the fact that he did not live to witness the massive success of his band’s third album, the now classic Sublime. The Long Beach trio’s major-label debut, Sublime, spawned the hits “What I Got,” “Wrong Way,” “Santeria” and “Doin’ Time,” and ultimately sold over five million copies in the U.S. alone. • Neither of these two tracks has ever been issued on vinyl • Both tracks come from Second Hand Smoke as well as the second disc of the Sublime/Sublime Deluxe Edition, which commemorated the 10th Anniversary of the classic Sublime album

Talking Heads - 77 LP [reissue] (Rhino)

The debut album from New York-based Talking Heads is a slice of brilliant schizophrenic pop. Mixing live concert footage with band interviews, it takes the viewer behind the scenes of Wilco's 2008 US tour capturing both the expansive experience of rolling across America in a tour bus and the intimacy that happens night after night between the members of Wilco and the music they make, and between the band and their fans who come to experience it with them.

Whiskeytown - San Antone / The Great Divide (Geffen/Outpost/Mood Food Records)

“All I remember is what we had to drink and Skillet and Ray Duffy’s preoccupation with fireworks. Out in the parking lot across the street from Park Ave., the Roman candles and Black Cats sounded a lot like I’d hope we’d one day — pretty little things all set on fire waiting to get destroyed.” — Ryan Adams, June, 1998 This very collectible 7" comes from the highly acclaimed band of the alt-country/No Depression scene, who launched the careers of four-time Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter-guitarist Ryan Adams as well as that of fiddler-singer-songwriter Caitlin Cary and singer-songwriter-guitarist Phil Wandscher. • Two previously unreleased tracks recorded in 1996 • Pulled from the Baseball Park Sessions • Produced by Chris Stamey

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - It's Blitz LP (Interscope)

YEAH YEAH YEAHS are back back BACK! The New York City trio are poised to release the follow-up to 2006’s “Show Your Bones”, an album described by Rolling Stone’s David Fricke as “above all, a textural triumph, a quantum bounce from the brittle jitter and insect-chatter fuzz of the band's 2001 Yeah Yeah Yeahs EP and 2003's full-length Fever to Tell. It's as if the Velvet Underground had gone from the black-crusted minimalism of their first album right to the pop bloom of their fourth, Loaded.” Overseas, NME called it “one of the albums of the decade.”
