As in the past, your vendor materials should be sent using ONLY THE ADDRESS ON THE ADDRESS LABEL TEMPLATE PROVIDED. The hotel will begin accepting shipments for the RSD Show (10) ten days in advance on August 1, 2022. Delivery of shipments prior to this date may be refused. Please arrange for all packages to arrive by by Friday, August 5th to insure proper processing and delivery to your reserved exhibit space no later than the morning of August 10th.
HERE is a copy of a package label that MUST BE filled out and affixed to all packages and boxes etc… being shipped to the hotel. Please review your Vendor # which came in an email from Summer Camp. IT IS CRITICAL that everything being shipped for your exhibit has this identifying number. All packages and boxes etc… (WITH APPLICABLE VENDOR NUMBER) that you ship to the hotel will be delivered to your exhibit table or meeting space no later than the early morning of August 10, 2022 so there will be no need to retrieve your boxes from shipping and receiving.
BOXES THAT CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED WILL NOT BE DELIVERED. YOU WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO GO TO SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ON THE MORNING OF AUGUST 10TH TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOXES WHERE YOU WILL BE ACCESSED THE BOX STORAGE AND CARTAGE FEE AS LISTED BELOW BEFORE YOUR BOXES WILL BE RELEASED AND DELIVERED TO YOUR ASSIGNED TABLE. PLEASE EXPECT A TWO-FOUR HOUR DELAY TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.
All packages and boxes shipped to the hotel will be accessed a storage and cartage fee based upon the following schedule along with DIM/WT whichever is greater

These fees will be due in advance of the show. To make this process seamless, please complete the credit card information using the form HERE and e-mail to store6122@theupsstore.com. (Contact via Text 504-908-1192 or 504-357-7683 for Additional Questions).
Crates and pallets will be priced individually. All shipments must be marked for inside delivery. Please note that The Hotel Monteleone does not have a dock area and all deliveries will be made street level. Please ensure that your shipping company delivers your shipment in a truck with a lift gate if necessary.
The UPS Store will be on hand to ship back any packages or boxes via UPS and/or FEDEX. Representatives from the UPS Store will be in the Queen Anne ballroom on both Wednesday August 10 and Thursday August 11 to make shipping arrangements directly. Please note that shipping fees will apply. The Hotel Monteleone will NOT handle any return shipping. There is a form attached HERE to help you.
