Since 2001, Twelves Wax is a local record/vinyl store located in Sacramento. Just two blocks away from the world famous Tower Records on Broadway in Sacramento, CA. As Tower closed during one of the waves of the digital music evolution, Twelves kept on. The goal is to continue to help cultivate the local Sacramento music scene while serving local DJs, Producers, Record/Vinyl Collectors, and Music Lovers! Founded by DJs Psol, Riff Pysentifiks, Fooders, and Nino Roy Machado. In promoting the record store, the company started to host events that showcased the music artists they were selling which then evolved into a promotion company. Twelves Wax hosted events ranging from hip-hop, soul, jazz, house music, and various national concert tours averaging over 100 events a year. Twelves promoted events featuring artists such as the Roots, Common, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Blackalicious, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Dwele, Mos Def, and Rafael Saadiq to name a few. In 2006/7 Twelves closed down as the partners explored other avenues to sustain themselves, with continued education and pivoting with career paths. Music was always the bond that stayed true and this passed pandemic brought the band back together as the resurrected Twelves Wax 2.0 this passed June as the whole world opened back up. They are still on Broadway, just the other end with a community that is building and thriving with new business. We hope to continue building a music sharing community and legacy in Sacramento.

Exit Stockton Blvd. make a right on to Stockton Blvd. On 34th Street Turn Left. Make right onto Broadway . Make a U-Turn on to Broadway going east and it is on the corner just before 34th street intersection on the right hand side.
