RECORD STORE DAY

We are a used record, tape, and CD store in Hamden, Connecticut, in operation since 1989. Prior to 1989, we had worked at a small music store in New Haven, but upon that store's closing, we decided to continue the tradition of providing quality items to our friends and customers. In 2007, we relocated to Whitney Avenue in Hamden, CT, after 18 years at the Saw Mill Plaza in West Haven! Our store hours are as follows: Monday - Tuesday, Thursday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday - 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday, 12 - 5 p.m. Closed all Wednesdays and Snowy Days! However, we have been known to take an extra day off for some "getaways," so you may want to call us first before visiting the store. We are also conveniently located just 90 minutes from New York City, and 2 hours from Boston. Although we have a good selection of CD's and cassettes, we are best known for our extensive selection of quality new and used vinyl. We stress the importance of the quality of our albums by cleaning them before they are shelved and also grading the vinyl on the price tag (on a scale of Near Mint / Very Good + / Very Good). We do this to alleviate "guess work" and make your shopping experience more pleasurable. In our store, you will also find a large selection of budget bin ($1 - $2) LP's, and 25¢ (or 5 for $1) 45's. Between Rainbow Cleaners and Whitney Donuts) Merritt/Wilbur Cross Pkwy (Rt. 15) Take exit 61 (Whitney Ave.) Go right (north) about a mile. Replay Records is on the left. (You will have passed 4 lights on the way.)
