RECORD STORE DAY

A Treasure trove of new & used vinyl for discriminating diggers. Maddening hours (11-6pm Tues, Thurs & Fri & Sat & 12-5pm Sun….Generally! Occasionally we DO show up on Weds & Mon! CALL FIRST if you are coming from a long way or better yet…Email. The reality of Abq is its legendary status of apathy & disinterest & if no one comes around…we too might get depressed & bail out at 4pm. CD types humored. Used books galore…oh YES! All housed in an atmosphere from another time,place,dimension! Mecca champions indie & small label releases. A lot of people are disgruntled by the fact that their 1st visit to this site or the store will NOT provide them w/ a ltd edition Dave Matthews or Beatles or any other ltd BIG NAME item on the 2 Hyped shopping holidays. But…visits during the lazy parts of the years might yield gold for even the MOR set!
Directions:From I-25: Central ave offramp west through downtown. We are at the southwest corner of 14th & Central, located conveniently between the Dog House & the (now closed) Dairy Queen.
