RECORD STORE DAY

 
This 2500 sq ft store was originally opened in 1977 and has been under its current ownership since 1990 - over 20 years! It offers the largest selection of LPs and 45s in southern Virginia and also sells CDs (mostly used), memorabilia, DVDs, and even cassette tapes (over 6,000). Music is sold in every category, with records accounting for a large portion of sales. AMERICAN OLDIES is one of the only real record stores left in Tidewater, Va.
Directions:From I-64 East or West: - Take the Ft Eustis exit toward Ft Eustis. - In approx 1/2 mile, take the exit for 60 East (the last exit before Ft Eustis). This is Warwick Blvd. - Proceed on Warwick Blvd approx. 4 miles until you reach the corner of Denbigh Blvd. The store is on the far right corner in the same parking lot as the Burger King.
