More Info:

A cold, passionless Hungarian opera singer is told by her music teacher she will never be a great singer until she experiences love. Also told to her by the teacher is, for her to win the notoriety, success, and fame she desires, she must perform at the prestigious Metropolitan Opera in New York. Though the singer is engaged to Count Albert von Gronac, she does not love him and finds herself enamored with a mysterious man she sees walking on the street. She soon learns from her music teacher the mysterious man is a gigolo, and is involved with Marchesa Bianca San Giovanni, who is a former diva with a sordid past. While on a trip to Budapest, she again encounters the mysterious man and is again reeled in, not knowing he could very well hold the keys to all her dreams.
