More Info:

Famous Colombian salsero Yuri Buenaventura was discovered in France in 1996 thanks to his magnificent cover of "Ne Me Quitte Pas". On his new album, Amame, he pays tribute to the great New York Latino musicians who have been a real source of inspiration for him. Recorded in New Jersey and mastered in Buenos Aires, Amame is described by Yuri as "a musical dream". Blending pop melodies with urban percussion and brass accompaniment, the salsa is bursting with light and Yuri's romantic lyrics. "With this album, I don't pretend to make anything other than music for dancing and telling love stories. For me, passing on this memory is a historical responsibility."
