Using songs which are seasonal favorites and for home listening in front of the fire while watching the lights of the tree glow, we hope to remind everyone of easier eras of life. The album is full of countriedfied sounds which the homefolk would have listened to at Christmas time, you can sit by the homefire, pour yourself a relaxing drink and turn up the Hi-Fi and enjoy the tunes. The album includes; Jimmy Martin who will bring a smile to your face with musical memories of an Old Fashioned Christmas, there are songs to sing along to with the home folk and from Wesley Tuttle he gives a Cowboy approach to rejoicing, Christmas Carols By The Old Corral. You can travel the globe and dance the North Pole Boogie with Billy Briggs, and Roy Drusky informs us Jolly Old Saint Nicholas is coming. As always there is a little sadness and Country music legend Ernest Tubb can be listened to lamenting, I'm Trimming My Christmas Tree With Teardrops and additionally he is having a Blue Christmas.
