The music production unit HAPPY EVER AFTER, which has been releasing works on subs, has released it's first 7' with guest vocals from Yu Tokiwa, known for her work on risette, etc.The single features 'noknok', a song that is reminiscent of 80s female Japanese idol songs, city-pop sounds.The coupling track is a bold cover of Cornelius' classic 'raise your hand together'. Dance to the groovy sound.Formed in winter 2018 by Yumi and Kawai-san in Japan. A music production unit that invites vocalists from various genres to present their songs; first live performance in July 2019 with Yu Tokiwa (risette/you and me together/painappuru club).The band explores a pleasant soundscape that mixes the pop-ness of guitar pop with a jazzy lounge feel.Digital releases of 'Mistral' and 'Sigh Sign' in December 2020, 'AiToRhythm' in January 2021 and 'Veronica' in February 2021 from Miobell Records. In addition to ranking in the J-Pop category of the iTunes store in nine countries, including Japan, Denmark, Norway and Argentina, 'Veronica' was also listed on Spotify's popular 'Women's Voice' playlist.The first 7-inch single 'noknok / raise your hand together' was released at Record Store Day in April 2023.
