A new style of smooth jazz that pursues a comfortable sound, urban and artistic, and makes you want to dance unintentionally.Kei's second album 'DANCE IN KALEIDOSCOPE' is a project of the human relationships, dreams, and sometimes fleeting thoughts of people living in modern cities into a kaleidoscope, pursuing artistic content and comfortable urban jazz sounds. Each song contains a message that he wants to convey, and was composed with the image of a scene where the listener feels comfortable and wants to dance at times. The album contains eight original songs by Kei and two standard songs, Victor Young's masterpieces 'When I Fall in Love' and 'Stella by Starlight', arranged. Also included is 'With the Starlight in Your Eyes' from his first album in a new arrangement. The first album'KEI JAZZ HEALING' is a collection of compositions based on themes of his everyday feelings, with the theme of 'coexistence with nature and connections with people'. In contrast, the second album is a collection of smooth jazz and jazz works that evoke the image of 'people living in the city' and invites you into a more artistic world. We aimed to create an art piece that has a new sense of comfort, an urban atmosphere, and the image of the inside of a kaleidoscope, and that also conveys a story that transcends existing genres. The title 'DANCE IN KALEIDOSCOPE' comes from Kei's fascination with the colors and changing patterns he saw at the Kyoto Kaleidoscope Museum, which he visited himself. Feeling a commonality between the world of sound and the world of color art, we shaped our desire to expand the possibilities of artistic expression. A kaleidoscope is a world of once-in-a-lifetime encounters A colorful world where various colors and shapes are intricately intertwined. A kaleidoscope, with it's various changing patterns, is a world of mysterious beauty that appears in various ways depending on the shape of the mirror and the light. By overlapping the changing patterns with various events in life, the song asks the question, 'What about your own life?', and contains an anthem of encouragement for people living in the modern age.
