'Quin' Krantz' is a five-piece contemporary jazz band from Nagoya, Japan.The album consists of only instrumental numbers without guest vocals, and was written and composed by the band after the pandemic.More than half of the songs on this album begin with guitar-driven intros, and many guitar ad-libs are also used, making this an album that is typical of a guitarist-leader.The title number, 'Lead', is a lyrical ballad that hopes that music will 'lead the way' in a difficult world. The new album is inspired by the image of pioneers who face adversity and pave the way for the future.
