This is the second album by a 12-piece big band led by bassist/arranger Yasuhiko Tachibana, who moved from Tokyo to Hokkaido in 2011. All members are musicians living in Hokkaido. Based in Sapporo, the band is based on the concept of 'freedom, ' a style that draws out the individuality of each member to the maximum extent possible.
