More Info:

Digitally re-mastered and expanded two CD edition of the former Kajagoogoo front man's first solo album, originally released in 1984. For a short time, Limahl was a massive global superstar and he remains one of the defining faces of the 1980s. This edition of DON't SUPPOSE contains all known official mixes of his celebrated worldwide smash hit 'Never Ending Story' written by the legendary Giorgio Moroder. This definitive package also contains extended mixes of the other singles from the album 'Only for Love', 'Too Much Trouble' and 'Tar Beach' as well as all the B-sides, more archive rarities and three previously unreleased demos from Limahl himself! One must hear highlight is the French language version of 'Never Ending Story' called 'L'Histoire Sans Fin'. Incredibly, DON't SUPPOSE was the launch pad for the now celebrated record producer Tim Palmer who went on to work with such stellar talents as Pearl Jam, Robert Plant, David Bowie's Tin Machine, Tears for Fears and the House of Love. The other production collaborator on Limahl's debut solo album was de Harris, then from the critically acclaimed new romantic band Fashion.
