The Honey Cone (Carolyn Willis, Edna Wright and Shellie Clark) charted nine R&B hits, including two #1s, 'Stick Up' and 'Want Ads', the latter of which also reached #1 on the US pop charts. This is their 1971 album with #5 R&B/ #15 pop charts with the Latin flavored two part floor filler 'One Monkey Don't Stop No Show'. This third studio album title, is a clever allusion to the year's best-selling pop album, Carole King's Tapestry. Highlights include a reprising of 'Want Ads' and 'Stickup', 'VIP'. Reissued with original artwork with printed inner sleeve.
