More Info:

Digitally remastered edition of this 1981 album from the Soul/Boogie temptress produced by Roy Ayers. It was originally released on Ayers' own Uno Melodic label, with a bespoke set of arrangements for the honeyed tones of Eighties Ladies singer Sylvia Striplin, who would also provide vox for the Jazz Fusion group Aquarian Singers. The music is some of Roy's finest, full of those trademark bassline bubbles and super, super slick guitars creating an air of opulence that's made it a holy grail among rare groove collectors and DJs. The attention to detail from Soul Jazz is second to none. A must for the '80s soul aficionados.
