Extremely limited box set that includes: From Genesis To Revelation (mono) on 180gm vinyl LP with replica inner bag and lyric sheet, From Genesis To Revelation (stereo) on 180gm vinyl LP, a singles/demos/rarities collection on 180gm vinyl LP, the 'Silent Sun/That's Me' promo 7" single, 'A Winter's Tale/One Eyed Hound' promo 7" single, 'Where The Sour Turns To Sweet/In Hiding' promo 7" single and a 12 page booklet with items of memorabilia plus a written article courtesy of Chris Welch. Genesis was formed in 1967 by a group of school friends in Surrey. Though things started rather slowly, the group would go on to become one of the most successful rock bands of all time. Traces of the later highly distinctive progressive sound of Genesis can be heard here on these early 'pop' experiments.
