When in Rome... is a 1988 live album by The Penguin Cafe Orchestra. It was recorded at The Royal Festival Hall in London on July 9, 1987. It was produced by Simon Jeffes and the cover painting is by Emily Young. This iteration for the first time has the full gig and uses the 2008 remaster. It is pressed on black vinyl.
