Forming in Kingston, Ontario in 1984, ‘The Hip’ went on to perform over 2,000 shows over the course of their career. Their live performances became legendary, whether it was in a stadium or in a small club, right up to their final tour with the late Gord Downie in 2016. The Tragically Hip are the only Canadian band to have four Diamond-certified albums.
Live At CBGB’s was recorded at the iconic New York club on January 14, 1993 in support of their Fully Completely album. Now available on vinyl as the band’s first Record Store Day release, this 40th Anniversary edition features the live album pressed on translucent pink vinyl with a collectible turntable mat included.
