More Info:

Discover II is the second chapter of Zucchero "Sugar" Fornaciari's idea to make his own the songs he most loved in his life. Here are15 covers that well represents his world and his music, including Zucchero's personal cover of the Killers' famous song "My Own Soul's Warning". The cover represents exactly the artist and his musical souls, and was adapted into Italian by Zucchero himself who dressed it with his personality and sensitivity to the point that it really seems like his song. "I can no longer live in a world that goes on without love," says Zucchero, "This is the meaning of 'Amor che muovi il sole,' which is not a literal translation of the Killers' song ("My Own Soul Warning") but is an adaptation made by me to make it sound like a Zucchero Italian song." The album will be released on CD and double 180-gram vinyl formats, plus a deluxe 3LP+CD version on transparent yellow vinyl with bonus tracks. In addition, the movie documentary "ZUCCHERO - Sugar Fornaciari," directed by Valentina Zanella and Giangiacomo de Stefano, will be available for streaming on Amazon, Apple TV and Google Play. The documentary film is an extraordinary tale told through the words of the artist and those of his colleagues and friends. Thanks to the footage from Zucchero's private archives and from his "World Wild Tour," it tells the story of a journey that goes beyond the portrait of a successful musician by telling from the inside also the doubts and frailties of a man.
