More Info:

Lee Andrews & The Hearts were one of Philadelphia's greatest doo wop groups, if not one of the finest of all doo wop groups. Lee Andrews' son is the extremely successful Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson who formed the hip hop group, The Roots who are also the house band for The Tonight Show hosted by Jimmy Fallon. 28 examples of doo wop at it's best from one of the most polished vocal groups of the era. Includes the charting hits "Long Lonely Nights", "Teardrops" and "Try The Impossible". Lee Andrews sadly passed away on March 16th 2016 leaving a legacy of fine recordings which still resonate today.
