More Info:

The Rubinoos' 1977 self-titled debut album is a power pop classic containing the hit "I Think We're Alone Now," as well as the anthemic "Rock And Roll Is Dead," which in the context of the disco-era in which this album was released, was almost accurate. At the time of release, the influential New York Rocker declared the album, "The best pop album of the decade." The band performed on American Bandstand and appeared on the covers of numerous teen magazines, all on the power of their debut album. More recently, the song, "I Think We?re Alone Now" had a notable placement in the opening scene of the first episode of Sex Education?s third season on Netflix, introducing the group to a new generation of fans.
