The punk rock and soul of Twopointeight is the missing link between The Clash, Tom Waits, and the films of Bogart. The self-titled debut - Twopointeight - produced by Johan Gustafsson (The Hives, Sahara Hotnights, Entombed, Money Brother) at studio Gröndahl in five frantic days took them around the world, touring on both sides of the Atlantic, with the likes of Flogging Molly, Bad Religion, Millencolin, Dropkick Murphys, Danko Jones and Street Dogs and The Gaslight Anthems. Lars Fredriksen (Rancid) hooked up with the band in the US and offered to produce Twopointeight for the cost of a flight ticket.
