The Golden Era for comedian Charley Chase and the Hal Roach Studios was in the late 1920's, and in 1927 Chase was the Roach Studio's #1 star. His films were some of his best from the silent era, and have been virtually unseen since their original release. This set of 15 comedies is the result of a world-wide search for surviving film material and subsequent 2-year restoration project.
