Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Eric Burdon has teamed up with Cincinnati garage rock mainstays The Greenhornes for a four song EP. The album will be released on 180 gram 12" vinyl only. Producer Brendan Benson came up with the concept for the collaboration shortly after Eric Burdon joined him on his own set at SXSW 2012. Benson had previously worked with The Greenhornes rhythm section in their band The Raconteurs and also as a producer on their 2005 EP East Grand Blues. The week following SXSW Benson, Burdon and The Greenhornes hunkered down at Nashville's Welcome to 1979 studio and produced the four song EP.
