More Info:

Two CDs. Saxophonist Barney Wilen's career was boosted in 1957 when he joined Miles Davis on the soundtrack of Louis Malle's film noir classic, La Note Bleue. This set presents the complete album remastered from the original analog tapes, plus 4 bonus tracks, and a 28-pg booklet with new liner notes and never before seen photos. Also included is a previously unreleased 1989 Radio France broadcast of the Barney Wilen Quartet, with Jacky Terrasson on piano, playing music from La Note Bleue.
