1. Falling Upward (Jamie Stevens Remix)
2. Falling Upward (Luke Hunter Remix)
More Info:
The transcendent symphonic breaks of Dissident founder Noel Sanger's "Falling Upward" hit the streets in October of last year, and met with huge DJ and chart support, ultimately spending 8 months in and out of the Beatport Electronica top ten. It's now been given the remix treatment by two artists, both of whom we are so happy to welcome to Dissident Music! First up is Australia's Jamie Stevens, with two Aria awards under his belt (with his former band Infusion), as well as countless releases on the world's most prestigious house and techno labels. He builds a percussive, tech-infused, progressive thumper using the melodies and chords from the original mix. He's one of our favorites here at Dissident HQ, and this remix is essential for every dancefloor. Miami's Luke Hunter is another amazing producer with an impressive progressive pedigree, with releases on Jee Productions, Laika Sounds, Massive Harmony and more (including his own Typ3 Recordings). Luke takes a "melodic techno" approach, with the acid line from the original version bubbling under throughout the mix as huge melodic synth stabs drive the mix forward. Another essential we know you're going to love. We hope you love these remixes as much as we do, and as always, thank you for your support!
