During the late 1960s, Bobby Callender was one of the most mythical figures in popular music. Starting out in the early 1960s as a talented pop singer with a beautiful voice, his music became more conceptual, impressionistic and completely transformed later in the decade. The rare single presented here dates back to 1962, the beginning of his career and offers a more innocent take on early rock n' roll that was aimed at the teen market of the time. "No Dice, No Soap" b/w "A Boy Like Me" offers a rare glimpse of Bobby's early days and is finally made available in the digital domain.
